Heat Pump Systems
A heat pump uses energy from its surroundings (air, ground or water) to provide heating, cooling and hot water, making it one of the most efficient electric systems available. For every unit of electricity it consumes, it can deliver 3–5 units of heat.
Why is a heat pump more efficient?
| System | Energy Source | Electricity / Fuel Input | Heat Output | Principle |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Heat Pump | Electricity | 1 kW electricity | 3 – 5 kW equivalent heat | Heat transfer from the environment (COP 3–5) |
| Induction Boiler | Electricity | 1 kW electricity | ~ 1.2 – 1.4 kW heat | High-efficiency electric-to-heat conversion |
| Gas Boiler | Natural gas | 1 kW gas energy | ~ 0.9 – 1.0 kW heat | Combustion-based system |
Heat pumps produce the same heat with the least electrical power. Gas systems lose out on combustion losses and carbon emissions.
- Fully electric, no natural gas
- Very high COP / SCOP values
- Heating + cooling + hot water in one system
- Low carbon emissions
- Long life and low maintenance costs
- Compatible with underfloor heating/cooling and fan coils
Where are they used and how to choose?
Applications
Villas and detached houses, residential complexes, hotels, offices and business centres, factories, and areas without natural gas infrastructure.
The right capacity
We consider the region, heat loss and gain, insulation, floor area, number of occupants, existing heating system, radiator/underfloor infrastructure and hot water demand together.

All models are three-phase (380V) with inverters. Values are for average operating conditions and vary with insulation, climate and use.
Solar integration: when a heat pump is designed together with a solar system, a smart inverter and energy management, electricity costs fall to a minimum, energy independence rises and the carbon footprint drops significantly.
